Jude had his 15th month check up this week. He's in the 75% for height and 50% for weight. Same as always. 24.6 lbs and 32 inches.
He is moving off his bottle officially and doing a great job. I think he's a little more ready for that stage than he was at 12 months.
He is busy running or dancing, climbing, signing and talking. His new sign is airplane. Its funny when he can hear an airplane or a bird before you can even see it - and sure enough something goes flying by.
He loves reading books now - by himself and usually upside down. His favorites are The Foot Book, Hop on Pop, a Peek-a-Boo book and an Emergency book (makes me afraid he will be too comfortable with those vehicles with his risk taking)
He still loves the vacuum and to sweep. He has learned more words this week: juice, bus, bath, blast and choo choo and is beginning to point to objects when you ask where are what they are. I'm starting to loose count on his vocabulary. Its such a joy to be able to watch him sign and see what he catches or even asks for a sign for particular items. I need to start learning more - but there is rarely a guessing game of what he wants.
